German: Academic Instruction
Next Step Language provides academic German classes ranging from foundational Pre Class A and B courses to more advanced German studies, including German 1, 2, and 3. Because we are dedicated to fitting instruction to a learners needs and desires, all classes can be altered to improve the learning experience.
Pre Classes are sold by block for $250 for individuals and $300 for a family
. The beginning is a class offering insight into building blocks of European languages, and it is even useful to understanding the English language better.
This session focuses on unraveling the intricacies of the German language, serving as a foundation for understanding not only German but also the building blocks shared by other European languages. This course proves valuable for understanding the English language as well. Don't worry! We can still have some fun.
German Pre Class B
In this class we continue on our journey into learning German as a system. It will include a brief study of grammar and the language used when talking about language 'Meta Language.
This time we will begin looking at the grammar specific to German (and Russian and Latin). Don't worry! We can still have some fun.

These classes are sold by semester for $350 per person $400 per family. These are school-type academic German classes. We will be using the series, genial.
German I We will be using the textbook "geni@l" A1
German II. We will continue with geni@l A1 or continue on to A2 depending on how far we got in the previous book.
German III. We will use the appropriate geni@l textbook depending on our progress with the previous class.
